| The predecessor of Shanghai Tangram Call
Center was the internal call center of Shanghai Tangram Software
Ltd. Co., which had only 20 seats upon its establishment in
2002. The main services included answering inquiry calls from
its clients and conducting sales calls to sell software products
of Tangram Software.
In 2003, with the development of its business, Shanghai Tangram
Call Center was founded in Xujiahui CBD. The number of seats
was increased to 50, while the Center carried out various
outsourcing services. Tangram Call Center soon achieved a
solid and booming position in the outsourcing interactive
call center business with its effort on brand building.
Shanghai Tangram Call Center moved to Third Floor, Building
No.12 in the Universal Software Park located in Zhongjiang
Road, Putuo District, Shanghai in November 2004. The center
was again expanded to 400 seats with 10 VIP call center rooms.
Our call center started to operate after successful platform
system debugging in May, 2005. The online client seats of
Tangram reached as many as 80, including a number of Fortune
500 companies, by September 2005.
So far, clients of Shanghai Tangram Call Center includes governmental
institutions, telecommunication departments, medical organizations
and enterprises engaged in manufacturing, automobile, household
appliances, insurance, service industries and e-commerce.
Tangram now provides a variety of services to the clients,
such as outsourcing services, seats lease, call answer and
transfer, phone marketing, personnel training and assignment,
technology support and system integration, which are all highly
recommended by the clients.
